A few Fridays ago we had our team performance improvement day. We had most of the 2nd Chance crew in attendance as well as a couple of our key partners to give us valued feedback. It was a really useful morning and everyone pitched in with ideas for the future and how to improve what we have.

As usual there were a few laughs and here are some of the team hard at work!!! ;)
