Effective partnership working is key to 2nd Chance, here are some of our partners:


City Of Bristol College

One of the UK’s largest colleges and one of the South West’s leading education providers. City of Bristol College fund our Apprenticeship programmes and many of our post 16 short courses.

 

 

Active Communities partner with organisations like 2nd Chance to influence and develop national strategies, capacity build and train local projects and to deliver models of best practice to ensure the highest quality support and widest range of opportunities are available to our most marginalised communities and neighbourhoods. Our MD is also the South West Regional Lead for Active Communities Network.

Serco, a worldwide leading service provider run and manage HMP & YOI Ashfield, Bristol. 2nd Chance use sport and leisure to engage young offenders in custody using Sports Academies across a wide range of activities.


2nd Chance have partnered with C4C to develop a number of reducing offending through Sport programmes such as the Street Team. Together we also supported the development and launch of the Courtney Walsh Foundation in Kingston, Jamaica. 


Football Foundation have awarded 2nd Chance grants to set up projects in custody at HMP & YOI Ashfield and HMYOI Portland. We also recently received funding to support Bristol Rovers FC deliver the P.A.C.T  Project across Bristol communities.
